A second man of four sought by police in relation to August 3 disorder in Blackpool has been charged.
Joshua Tickner, 21, was arrested in Blackpool during Sunday morning.
Tickner, of no fixed abode, was charged with violent disorder.
It relates to the disorder which took place across Blackpool town centre during Saturday 3 August.
He is due to appear before Lancaster Magistrates' Court during the course of Monday (9 September).
Two other men remain at large following the police appeal last week.
Another man, Thomas Whittaker, 30, of Warbreck Drive, Blackpool has already been charged with violent disorder.
