Blackpool riots: Third man caught and new appeal to trace Fleetwood man

Police say Glen Young now in custody and they are appealing to trace 21-year-old Morgan Spencer wanted for violent disorder

A man from Fleetwood is being hunted by police in connection with the disorder which took place on 3 August.

Blackpool Police have released a picture of Morgan Spencer.

The 21-year-old is wanted in connection with the violent disorder in Blackpool town centre during Saturday 3 August.

Anyone who sees Morgan Spencer is asked to call 101 quoting log 0793 of 2 September 2024 or email [email protected]

Blackpool Police also said a third man, of four, had been caught following their appeal last week.

Glen Young, 22, from the Thornton Cleveleys/Poulton area was arrested in Fleetwood during Tuesday (10 September) on suspicion of violent disorder and is currently in custody.

Young was one of four men police appealed to trace in connection with the Blackpool town centre disorder of 3 August. Three have now been caught with two charged.
