Next week the latest edition of The Lead launches in Warrington.

The Warrington Lead arrives in inboxes from Thursday 30 May and will scrutinise, investigate and inform on the big issues in and around Warrington.

Alongside the newsletter is a new local newspaper, The Warrington Lead, which will be delivered to 10,000 homes in the town.

Among the issues covered by The Warrington Lead will be a look at the latest on the Fiddler's Ferry power station site, the unconventional investments policy of Warrington borough, diving into the town's vibrant and often hidden from view arts scene and plenty more.

We also want to know what you, our readers, want us to cover in Warrington. You can get in touch at [email protected]

Every Thursday you will receive an in-depth feature or investigation, along with our recommendations for things to do in the next seven days, and things written elsewhere about Warrington that we think are worth your time.

Senior Editor (North) for The Lead, Luke Beardsworth, said: "Warrington is a place with a proud heritage but also a lot happening as it looks to the future.

"We also know it's a real target seat in this upcoming general election so it will be fascinating to see how the election race unfolds across the two constituencies here."
