Police were called to the Morrisons at Squires Gate during Friday - and despite efforts to save the man he died at Blackpool Vic the same day
A man in his 50s has died in hospital after collapsing outside a supermarket at Squires Gate.
The man was found outside the Morrisons in Amy Johnson Way during Friday 30 August.
Despite the efforts of emergency services he later sadly died at Blackpool Victoria Hospital.
A police spokesperson said: "Our thoughts are with his loved ones at this distressing time.
"While the man’s death was sudden and unexpected, it is not being treated suspicious at this time.
"We are asking for anybody who was in and around the store who saw what led to the man collapsing to come forward."
